Outstanding Support

We got this plugin and purchased the NTLM plugin to work alongside it for an intranet. The environment at my company is somewhat complex so it wasn’t a simple drop in and go for us. I worked with Gaurav at miniOrange and he was able to modify the plugins quickly until we got them working correctly in our environment. Becuase this was for an intranet, I was not able to give miniOrange access to the site. Some of the troubleshooting was trial and error until we diagnosed the right formula for getting users automatically logged in and populated from Active Directory. It all works now and I’m purchasing a second copy of the plugins for my development environment. Thank you Gaurav at miniOrange for the excellent support and not giving up in the face of a difficult situation.
