Form not submitting correctly with the plugin

Hi,

I am having trouble with my theme’s contact forms sending emails successfully. On contacting my theme support, they told me that your plugin is responsible:

Now, in this case, you have made the agent contact form sticky so when the form is not sticky the javascript which handles the contact request works fine but when it is sticky (means you scroll down) and you fill the form then the javascript simply fails. A good example can be seen here: https://jmp.sh/mLu7pIe (I filled the form when it wasn’t sticky means it didn’t move down yet and it worked just fine).

So, there is a class or id which is being changed/replaced by the plugin you have used to make the form sticky. This is not a theme specific issue so please try a different approach. I have also made a video showing you the exact issue: https://screencast.com/t/bFVpOEO7HXPA

I’ve also asked them this question before and at that time, it was fixed by clearing both AutoOptimize and WP Fastest caches in my website, I also cleared my browser cache but still getting this message now. Just Check the Contact forms on Property Details pages (like this one: https://chennaidreamhomes.com/property/duplex-villas-in-omr/).

On clicking the Send Message button, it is going to a new page (https://chennaidreamhomes.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) with a Success Message ({“success”:true,”message”:”Message Sent Successfully!”}) instead of showing ajax success message on the form itself?

Apparently a customer saw it and was not able to send email enquiry through the form and called us instead. I tested and able to reproduce the issue but am getting the emails. Just like my theme support guy said, it works only when your plugin is deactivated.

Please help me fix this.
