not showing subscribers in subscribers list

    Hello,
    I have added mail chimp plugin in my website.But when I fill subscription form which is in footer,relevant user don’t get mail as well as when I check that user in Subscribed User’S LIST then it does not show that user.
    Only users who have done shopping from site,only that users are visible in list.But other users who does not purchase and only fill subscription form,they are not visible in list.
    If I try to subscribe with same email then it displays use is already subscribed,but doesn’t display that user in list

    I created an optin pop up form on my website and I tested it by subscribing to it. I created the pop up form by using Popup Maker plugin. But my email does not show up in the subscribers list. Why is that so? Please help!
