Your plugin is giving errors is the name of the “product” has a special character OR if the buyer/donor adds a decimal place in the purchase/donation…. I removed the special characters in the name of the products but have no way to ask a random donor/buyer to not add special character, like a decimal, to the donation/purchase.

The last error a donor game me is:

“There was an error with the credit card transaction. Error details below:
    Invalid item price:”

    Thanks much-

    Hi @commejimmy.

First of all, are you using the latest version of the plugin? The reason I’m asking is because special characters in product names issue has been fixed few versions back. If you are using the latest version (which is 1.7.2 at the moment), can you specify which special characters are causing the issue?

Also, please specify what you mean by “decimal place in the purchase/donation”. I just tested it on the page you provided and following values are working just fine: 1,200 (which is one thousand two hundreds) and 12.50 (which is twelve dollars 50 cents).

Last, but not least – since you’re using autoptimize plugin, please clear its cache every time you update a plugin (Stripe Payments included), otherwise it might produce unpredictable results.

Thanks for the quick response. I will have to ask the donor who reported it that specific question exactly what he put in there. He just went to work so I will be back to you a bit later(most likely in about 12 hours). Thanks much.

Sure, please do it when time suits.

If I be able to reproduce the bug, it will be fixed in upcoming version (which will be coming shortly if it contains a bugfix like this).
