Google SERP snippet showing wrong language

  • Today I noticed something strange in my Google snippet – on my Spanish blog post. Please check these 2 screenshots:

    – the “Comprar Ripple” is OK, but the “Comprar Ethereum” is not showing any meta description (I’m not using custom meta descriptions, but I let Google generate them automatically from my website’s text – I prefer it this way). Also, it is showing “Translate this page” text (Traducir esta pagina) next to my URL.

    Do you know why is this happening?

    Also, when I check the title of that blog post, it is correct:
    Dónde Comprar Ethereum con PayPal – Guía | CriptoBlog

    However, Google shows the title with my English tagline:
    Dónde Comprar Ethereum con PayPal – Guía – CryptoBlog

    I’ve also checked that particular blog post in my WP admin panel and all seems to be OK – the language of that blog post is clearly set to Spanish.

    I updated all my plugins, theme and WordPress to the latest versions on Friday. And I noticed a decrease in Google traffic on that blog post since yesterday.
