Login logo appears too small

Hi,
The logo image appears in the wrong size at the top of the login form. As you can see, it appears with unacceptable tiny dimensions.

https://s18.postimg.org/4k8pjnf3d/image_logo_size_incorrectness2.pngWhen I try to correct it by changing the size of the ‘Logo width’ setting in the WordPress customizer, it MOVES the small image to the right instead.
