Error Message when Saving Form with an Image Uploaded

    I have the Save add-on. Everything works fine with saving the form until I try to attach an image. When I go to save it, I get this error message:

    Warning: mkdir(): No such file or directory in
    /home/mihummm/public_html/wp-content/plugins/form-maker-save-progress/model.php
    on line 266
    string(0) “”

    I had played around with creating a directory on the server, but nothing
    worked. Maybe I am creating a directory at the wrong location. When forms
    are submitted (and not saved) everything is working fine.

    I have provided admin access to your team previously. If you cannot locate the credentials, I can resend.
