i ran that and got this message
The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.

you need to provide this property for Facebook to display the image.

also Your website is not hacked, clean by following services Sucuri | isithacked . maybe the Different Language has got another user confused.
