• Hi,

I checked Google Analytics that it recorded over 30 ATC but in Pixel it recorded 0 ATC.

I do understand that some users might use AdBlocker & FB Ads Report only track ATC event that comes from the Ads. I am fully aware of this. However, it’s almost impossible that I don’t get any ATC event from that many clicks, while Google recorded some.

Do you mind to take a look quickly on the landing page? Is it because the pixel fire was very slow? Is there anyway I can fix this?
Or is it actually working fine that none of them perform ATC?

Moreover, yesterday I got 2 orders, but I only get 1 ATC event with 2 Purchases. I believe all purchases start with ATC.

Please advise. I thank you in advance.

    Regards,
    Ruben

    Hi,

I don’t see any issue in your landing page, the only one thing is that the DPA events can’t match the products because you don’t have a product catalog associated to your pixel, but despite this it should track the pixel without any problem: https://snag.gy/di7wfE.jpg

Anyway, if you have the latest version of Pixel Caffeine, you could do two things to try to debug the issue:
    1. Create the product catalog, you can do it directly from Pixel Caffeine admin since the 2.0 version. In this way, you shouldn’t have the warnings anymore.
    2. Don’t add the content_* parameters in the pixels, in order to not having the warnings. You can do it from the dedicated option in “Advanced Settings” box of “General Settings” page.

More than this, I cannot understand the reason for why you should have this misalignment.

    Let me know.
