Blog posts not showing up

I haven’t made any edits to our blog page, new posts automatically show up. This week our home page looks slightly different, but the biggest issue is the blog page just says “coming soon!” instead of showing our blog posts. When I go into the page editor, it says that page hasn’t been edited in months, so I’m not sure what changed.

When I use the settings > reading page to edit, I can get the blog to show up, but it creates a new problem in that it changes the blog to the home page. I don’t see anything in the drop down menu that is our home page. Can anyone help? I’m not sure what happened, it looked fine and all of a sudden wasn’t showing up.
