Change home page to my custom page

    Is it possible to change the home page to a custom page when WP first opens. I want to zip my theme. Users would download the theme, install and activate it. When it is activated, I want the user to see my custom page. Is this possible, if so how do I do that.

    Users would download the theme, install and activate it.

    With WordPress, users don’t download a theme, you designate the ‘active’ theme for your blog unless you give users a ‘theme switcher’ choice.
