Trouble Installing Plugin

I am helping a customer set up her shopping cart using the premium version of Simple E-commerce shopping cart.
I followed instructions – deleting the free version of the plugin, then uploaded and installed the zipped file. It loads into the Plugins list, but when I try to activate the plug-in this is the page I land on.

I’m not unable to re-download the file because the link is expired.
I’ve tried contacting them through Facebook (no response even though they say within 24 hours) and no response to the email I sent to support.
can someone help me? I’m hoping it’s something as simple as a corrupted file but I can’t get anyone to help me.
