I am redoing a site and have a problem with displaying the events as categories. I get the following error:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/dh2admin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/events-manager/classes/em-taxonomy-frontend.php on line 50

    The page content says:

Sorry, no content matched your criteria.

The entire list and the widget in the sidebar display properly :

    https://www.columbusohioecommerce.mobi/event-calendar/

The current live site displays the categories correctly:

    https://destinationhilliard.com/events/categories/january/

I have updated the development site as follows:

    WordPress: 4.8.3 –> 4.9.1
    Events Manager: 5.6.6.1 –> 5.8.1

I have tried a default theme and turning off all other plugins, but it didn’t change anything.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I had deleted a related plugin, WP Google Map Plugin, and by reinstalling the error went away. But I still get:

Sorry, no content matched your criteria.

Found the problems. Templates were deleted. Fixed now.
