How to change the email address database backups are sent from

When I get emails sent through the plugin for file change notifications and database backups, how can I change the “from” email address it is sent from? (For example “[email protected]” instead of my own email address?

It’s always getting flagged in gmail since it’s using the same email address and it’s obviously not being sent by gmail.
