    when i try to access my forms list in my admin via the left menu, i get the error: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    i don’t get it on the submissions, import/export, settings or the get help menu items.

    This seems like its most likely a conflict with another one of your plugins. Can you try with other plugins disabled, and maybe even on a default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen to see if that solves the issue?

    I’m also getting this same issue after adding new users (“Editors”) and using the recommended code snippets from Ninja’s main site to add permissions for those users.

    Same here. Used the ninja_forms_admin_parent_menu_capabilities, ninja_forms_admin_all_forms_capabilities, and ninja_forms_admin_submissions_capabilities capability filters all works until I try to download the submissions.
