Information not in order

    Hi!

    I just started to us Product Add-on and i love it. But today i got my first order but i could not se the information the costumers wrote in the order confirmation. When i try i it my self everything works on-page but not off-page. I can not create the product the customer ordered.
    Can some one help me?
