need help with edin theme

Hi

I am new to making websites, busy doing my first one and I need some help. I have tried various themes and don’t know if it is the theme that cannot be modified or me not knowing how. What i need help with is on nitasart.co.za #1 I want to know how to change the white strip backround behind the nav bar to a different colour. #2 I also want to know how to move the “Nita’s Art” Title and #3 how to make the navigation bar stay in the middle of the white strip for different resolutions(eg. on my laptop its in the middle but my PC its at the top of the screen). #4 Also i want to remove the white border around the nav bar and fix the indentation at the bottom left of the nav bar. #5 the picture of the tree where the lady peaks out from behind it, also changes position on different resolutions(eg laptop and PC), it seems to cut off/move down on my PC(bigger resolution), how can I fix this?

Also please note the site is not finished and i am just playing around with it at the moment. Sorry for the massive headache I will probably cause someone.
