My style.css all the sudden not working

I was working on my theme, using custom post type and advance custom field, after that, I refresh the home page, homepage the style.css is not working, the only header working, footer has a couple working. How can fix it, please?

I disable all the plugin, and clean cache, check console error(No show) I even add the wp_enqueue_script in the functions.php and delete the .htaccess file when I try to find out how to make it work.

All of them not working.

Is any reason make this happened?
