Database issues with Latest version 2.1.1

    After updating this plugin from 1.5.3 to 2.1.1, I am getting so many database errors like,

    WordPress database error: Table wp_smackformrelation doesnt exists. So many other tables are also not added. How to add these new tables, because the plugin didn’t create new tables.

    Please help me, how to resolve this database table errors
