Testimonial List ALL not working

I have tried everything I can think of

[testimonial_rotator id=”253″ format=”list” limit=”20″]

[testimonial_rotator id=”253″ format=”list” limit=”2″]

Nothing changes on the archive page all I get is 5 testimonials and then an older entries link at the bottom.

How to I list all testimonials on one page. nothing I try is working
