Plugin Question: Extract all Posts to Editable Doc?

    I have more than 150 polished essays on my blog and I was thinking of creating an ebook from them for those people who would rather read in a book format. Does anyone know of a PlugIn that will help me easily export all the posts and pages?

    And secondly, is there a good current place I can look for advice and techniques for “blog to book” converting?

    Okay, so I understand the Export function provides an XML file. But I don’t know how to work with that file. I guess what I really need is a conversion utility to go from the XML output to a Word Doc file. (Or some other document type that will let me work on it as one long document outside of WordPress.)

    Can anyone tell me what is the best forum to ask this question? I’m looking to turn the WordPress backup into a Word document.
