File backup failing

Hi there
We have set an execution time limit to 32400 which I think is nine hours so it can’t even be anywhere near this.
We can successfully back up the databases but files and therefore full keeps failing within 30 minutes. During a full back up it looks like it too completes the DB but that is it.
We did ftp to the site and remove some large zip files from the old back up tool we used but that hasn’t helped.
We’ve done as suggested in the notice without success.
Our site is hosted in Azure.
