Missing chinese districts

I am trying to add weight rules to the below Chinese districts but they cannot be found by the plugin.

Fuzhou 福州,Hangzhou 杭州,Kunming 昆明, Tianjin 天津,Wenzhou 溫州,Xiamen 廈門

Is is possible to help adding these please as they are required by our couriers.
