Redirection in the language switch buttons

  • I have two languages on the site: site.com/en/ and site.com/es/
    The language switch buttons contain the “folder” of the default language.
    This causes a lot of redirects.
    How to exclude a folder from the URL so that the switch buttons look like:
    default language – site.com, without /en/ in the switch buttons

  • On the settings page under “URL Modification Mode” check the box for ” Hide URL language information for default language.”
