Authors help

Hi, I am wondering why I cannot add multiple authors in the co-authors plus plugin. It will not show up on my site, only one of the authors will come up. Also, my show/hide author plugin is not working – it will only hide the authors name but not the ‘author:’ word coming before, i want the option to be able to show or hide that whole thing i.e: authors: Cassidy, Ailis (option to either show this or hide this). Kale theme.
