• Hi All,
We’re looking at the “user searches” results report in our WP dashboard. For one particular term it shows that the term has been searched on 2 times and has generated 15 hits. However, we have well over 100 pages containing that term. When I enter the search term on the front page of the site, it returns well more than 15 results.

So i’m wondering how the “hits” are calculated?

    Thanks!

It’s coming directly from the number of hits found by Relevanssi for the search term. Hard to say why it’s not matching the actual number of results, because that’s where it’s coming from.
