‘Forgot Password?’ redirect not working

If you go to the linked page you’ll see a login widget on the left. The ‘Forgot’ button links to:
https://beautyontheroad.net/my-account/?a=pwdreset
Which is the ‘My Account’ page, and does not contain a way to reset the password since it’s only supposed to be account information. However, on this page you do get another login form, this time with a ‘Lost your password?’ link:
https://beautyontheroad.net/my-account/lost-password/
This is the correct password reset page. The link:
https://beautyontheroad.net/my-account/?a=pwdresetSHOULD automatically link to https://beautyontheroad.net/my-account/lost-password/, but doesn’t.
I just want things NOT to be confusing, and this is confusing.
How do I fix this?
