Display option “show opt-in for pages NOT working

    Hi,
    The Display option “show opt-in for pages is NOT working for me. I have put the page number, which is “626”. However, there is no change on the frontend. I am hoping that there will be a popup when someone click on the frontend link named “Newsletter”. This link is associate with a page in the backend.

    Hope you can help with this.

    Hey there,

    Thank you for reaching out with this. Have also selected “Only the following pages” for the “Show opt-in for” option, under “Display Options”?

    Also have you set any trigger options for the opt-in?

    Furthermore, if you have a caching plugin active, please don’t forget to clear/flush your current cache.

    Hi, I do have those settings set. I have “only the following pages” set for all devices and i have tried all the different triggers, but still it doesn’t show on the page. I also don’t have any cache plug in….
    Opt-in Hound works for everything else, except for the display for “only the following pages”
    Anything else I should try?

    Hey there,

    Thank you for detailing your setup. I have done some more tests and indeed the plugin fails in certain situations. The bug has been added to the development log and it will be fixed in the next version which should be available in a couple of days.

    I have figured simple fix on myside — I simply add two pages to the “only the following pages”. These page number are in between a comma. On my side, my pages are “265,272” and the pop up works brilliantly on those two pages.
