Update Error showed in CheckBox

I tried many times, and confirmed no errors showed for the Search and Radio Box types in Admin Fields Group. But Checkbox did.

The add of Checkbox would not lead to any trouble. But if clicking on “Update” of the Admin Fields Group, it would show up the error message

and then the column of checkbox would become inaccessible. I have to delete and recreate it.
