Multisite Domain Mapping gives 404 Error

  • Right now, I’ve got multisite set up on WordPress. My main site there is https://theframegaming.com which works just fine. Multisite works fine with subdomains and whatnot, but when I go to Network Admin > Sites > https://www.theframegaming.com/speedlore and change this to https://www.speedlore.com speedlore does not load. I can’t even load the admin for it.

    I use Dreamhost and I have added a custom IP to speedlore.com (this custom IP matches the IP of theframegaming). I set this up days ago, so I shouldn’t be just waiting on them.

    Anyway, speedlore.com, admin or not, leads to a 404 page which reads as follows:

    Not Found
    The requested URL / was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
