Bug with cache timeout paths with WPML

    If setting “Use directory for default language” is on, then we can’t set correct paths for any languages except default.

    For example, default language is English. This means all urls in this language are started with domain.com/en/

    and if we’ll try to add a rule for any other language, let’s say for French, then we’ll get
    domain.com/en/fr/ instead of correct domain.com/fr/
