It is not possible to either edit the excisting template or to add a new one and the error says to contact the plugin support to find out why.

Is the plugin out of date?

    Hi,

No, the plugin is not out of the date.

Can you please let me know you have our plugin is activated on WordPress Multisite?

Can you please let me know you have added Emoji in the Email Body section and in the Subject?

It would be great if you can share with us HTML code which you are trying to add in the email template and share the screenshot of edit email template page. So I can try to replicate the issue.

    Please let me know.

    Aaaaahhh.
It was the smileys in the subject.

Will that be fixed so it works in the future? It is a very good selling point ??

    Thanks for the fast reply!

    What triggers the e-mail?
I have tested now where i went to checkout, and then left without paying.
I guess i have to insert an e-mail and move to the next page which is the checkout before the plugin have an e-mail to contact?

    Hi @dedagroup,

Thank you for your response. I am glad to know that you are able to save the email template.

If you want to add emoji in the email template then you can add symbol code or we can say HTML Entity (hex) in the Email Body section under the Add / Edit Email Template page.

    For Email issue:

If you are not getting test email then abandoned cart reminder email will not be sent to customer.

Can you please let me know you are using any SMTP plugin on your site? Kindly let me know you are receiving an email of WooCommercde Order.

    Let me know.

Thank you for your fast reply! ??

If i press the button saying “send test mail to” and enter my e-mail i do get the mail, but last night i tried to trigger it on my website to see how it looked with my own products in the cart, but after entering my name, lastname, mail and went futher on to checkout and then left the site, i didnt get any mail regarding my abandoned cart, so i’m a bit confused about what triggers the mail?

    Hi,

I had abandoned a cart as a guest user for testing purpose and for my cart, I am able to receive the abandoned cart reminder email from your site.

    Please see the screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/m3i1ZlZuKIDr

So, abandoned cart reminder email is being sent from your site.

I would like to let you know that our plugin will send abandoned cart reminder email if the cart status will be “Abandoned” on Abandoned Orders tab. If the status of the cart will be “Abandoned but new cart created after this”, the abandoned cart reminder email will not be sent for the cart.

Also, our plugin will capture the cart when the guest user reaches to the checkout page and enter their email address in “Email Address” field on the checkout page & leave the site.

For logged-in users, carts are tracked from the time when they add the first product to the cart.

So we will send the abandoned cart reminder email to that email address after the email template time has been passed.

Please note that our plugin does not consider the cart as abandoned if the user clicks on the “Proceed to Checkout” button on the checkout page for further payment process.

Let me know if you have any queries with this.

    Ahhhh okay.
I thought it could only register the e-mail if they went on to the payment process.
So that’s why i couldn’t make it trigger my e-mail.

Thank you very much for your support, and a fantastic plugin! ??
