Main Page Loads but can’t lick through to any posts or content – After backup

So you can get to the main page but can’t lick through on any posts, or anything for that matter. I just restored my site after some kind of problem using this method: https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/restore/

Now nothing works! Can someone help?
