Looking for help in optimising my Homepage

Hello wordpress-community :),
I am not sure if my question is appropriate here, I hope so. ?? After checking my blog-homepage via Pagespeed Insights and Search Console I found some technical problems. For example, they are apparently 500 URL Errors (probably after moving from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com), and a few problems with JavaScript and CSS “above the fold”… As I am not able to fix those problems on my own, I am looking for someone (a clever IT-student, perhaps?) who could check my blog homepage thoroughly and fix those speed slowing issues.
