Users not receiving email confirmation

Hi there,

I’ve installed this plugin and everything works fine except for the email verification email. At first, account activation is disabled by default so everyone can register and receive the welcome email. No issues with that. However, after enabling account activation, users who registered are not receiving any activation email. I was able to confirm the issue after registering. Already checked my span/junk folders and no email verification has been received. Note that admin can receive the notification mail. I already reached out to our server hosting and told me that the issue might be on the plugin since we are receiving any other emails except for email verification.

Hope someone can help us on this issue.
