The picture is coming on homepage but not on author page

The plugin is updating the author picture but it is not showing on the author page. https://www.dropbox.com/s/ty8ab8cvk41asu5/Screenshot%202017-12-29%2021.08.17.png?dl=0 but it is not showing on author page and sometimes their Gravatar image shows but not the one I upload.
