Minify html minifies the tag as well

Hi,
I am using WPFastestcache and I am also using code highlighter to highlight my codes.
When I use html minify https://www.wpfastestcache.com/optimization/minify-html/ it minifies the pre code as well removing the indentation.Any trick to skip minification of
tag?

In that case, can i selectively disable minify for those pages which contains pre-tag Kind of rule, that do not minify following HTMLs or do not minify the page that contains tag ‘x’ or belongs to category ‘x’
