Missing Menu

The menu for customization has disappeared. I cannot access plugins either. I would try to uninstall the theme and reinstall it, but themes option is missing too. Please help!

Hello
If you want to customize menu then do the following steps:-
1) Go to Appearance –>>Menus
2) Click on ‘create a new menu’ link.
3) Enter your menus name and save it.
4) Click on ‘Select All’ link.
5) Now click on ‘Add to Menu’ button.
6) Check ‘Primary Menu’ box.
7) Click on ‘Save Menu’ button.For more info click here
