Add another blog page to the Resonar theme

Hi everyone,

I’m using Resonar theme, which is a blog theme.
I added a new page to my website, now I’d like this page to be a blog with daily posts.
Is it possible to only show posts from a given category on this page, without them appearing on the homepage or on other pages?

I know I could just create a category and put it on the menu, but I don’t want the word “category” in the url.
