Videos not showing up

    Hi guys,
    Whenever I set up the gallery to look either “Video Gallery/Content-Popup” or “Lightbox Video Gallery”, when I refresh the page to see how it looks, the videos show for about a quarter of a second before disappearing, and in the end the page shows nothing at all. I already tried deactivating all my plugins, and this one too, before reactivating them one by one, but it didn’t resolve the issue. I’m using the Trail theme from Themetrust. I saw some people mentioning similar issues on this forum but the solution wasn’t given in the actual topics…

    PS: I can’t show you my website right now as it’s using an under construction plugin.

    Thanks for contacting us.
    Let me kindly note that we have searched for the theme you mentioned but seems that there is no Free Version of it. If so, unfortunately, we will not be able to test the functionality of that plugin with the mentioned theme.
    Thus, could you change your theme for a few seconds only to one of the default WordPress themes and check if the issue still exists or not?

    Also, please, press F12 and check if there are some errors in the console when loading the page.

    Hello,
    Thanks for your answer. I just switched themes and yes, it did work this time. I guess I’m stuck with the issue, then? I didn’t see errors when loading the page when I used the developer’s console but I’m not sure if that’s what you meant by F12, I’m on a Mac, F12 doesn’t do anything.

    Never mind, it’s coming from the theme, I’ve had other issues with it, it’s not a good theme! Your plug-in doesn’t seem to be the cause of any issues. Thanks anyway!
