Custom template for signup

  • Hi, I have a very simple sign up page which is just the email field.

    I would like to have a simple email entry box with the submit button sat on the end attached.

    As an example see the search forum box at the top of this page. The magnifying submit button sits connected to the end of the box. The box is small and neat and does not have a bunch of boxes around it. Ideal for placing in a navigation bar for example.

    Does anyone have a custom template to achieve this they could share?
    Currently, I am using the following:

    [pdb_signup template=bootstrap]

    But it is not what I am looking for, just a simple email entry box with a submit button at the end.

    I have very little coding skills so am reaching out to the community for support. Any examples of custom templates would be gratefully received.

    Hi community. Has anyone written any extra templates they are happy to share that may provide a simple submit at the end of a text box?

    Is anyone interested in being paid to develop extra templates?

    It’s not a skill I have

    Or is there a tutorial which can explain how I can write them myself?

    Any help is gratefully received
