• One of our clients that uses backwpup is having a strange problem. Backwpup keeps becoming deactivated by itself. I can activate it and then run a backup. But then when I navigate back to the plugins page, I find it deactivated again. I activate it again and repeat the process and then find it deactivated again.

    Anyone experience this problem and have any suggestions why this might be happening?

    @nbh707,
    Weird, please try to ask your hosting provider and then ask them if they have banned backup plugins.
    Hope that helps!

    The client has a subdomain with Backwpup installed on it and it works fine, so it isn’t the host. I tried deactivating all plugins on the site and reactivating them one by one and it did not deactivate. I tried running another backup now and it has not deactivated again. So maybe it is resolved. I will keep an eye on it.

    Could you tell me a status of your problem now?
    Thank you

    could you list all plugins on that website here?
    Do you server using something like PHP APC cache or Opcache?
    And please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Server Infomation, copy server information info and then post it in here.
