    Hi there,

    Firstly thanks for making a nice little plugin for pricing table. I tried deploying the free version on my site @ https://www.finforce.in/pricing/quickbooks-services/.

    Everything looks great, except the button URL is not working. I tried linking it to our appointment link on calendly directly, it’s failing with “404 not found”. I tried linking to another published page within my site (https://www.finforce.in/schedule-call/), but it’s still failing. I’m not sure, what’s the matter with it.

    Hello there,

    Sorry for the trouble. Let’s see how we can help.

    As I see in you HTML structure for the button link you are missing the https:// before the URL in your buttons. So you would need to append https:// at the beginning of the URL of the website in the Button URL field of the Edit Pricing Table page for that particular table.

    Then it should work. Let us know if it does not work out for you.

    If it does not work out then this might be a conflict in between Easy Pricing Tables and your currently active theme or other active plugins. So, we might present you with some troubleshooting steps in the next email.

    No, it’s not working still. I had included full url with https:// but its same.

    Hello there,

    Are you sure you are referring to the same table you show in the screenshot for this URL https://www.finforce.in/pricing/quickbooks-services/ ?

    Because as I see in the HTML structure for your webpage, in the URL you have put in the address calendly.com/finforceconsulting/30min which should actually be https://calendly.com/finforceconsulting/30min

    If you have put in the full address and you have the correct URL inputted then this might be happening because of a conflict in between Easy Pricing Tables and your currently active theme or other active plugins.

    To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Easy Pricing Tables and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, please let us know the name of the conflicting software and also try to contact the author of the software to see if they can fix this at their end.

    No, it’s still there. The plugin I installed for pricing table is not consistent. Earlier URL was not linking, which suddenly after few days working fine. Now its the text of “Get Started” button. I want to change it to something else, which I already did in the backend, but even after saving it several times it’s not reflecting on the published page.

    Please help!

    Hello there,

    Please try to check with your site’s cache settings and disabling the cache plugin and seeing if the issue persists.

    If the issue persists, please follow the conflict isolation steps in the previous reply to isolate the conflicts and get back to us with the name of the software that caused the conflict and also try and contact to the author of the conflicting software to see if they can fix it.
