Web Page not loaded after migrate to 2.7

  • Hi,

    I had managed to copy the WordPress files to the FTP server.

    However, my blog page is not able to displayed after typing my domain URL.
    Wonder whats needs to be done for me to display the ‘home page’?
    Plugins had been activated. All pages are not set to hide.

    I am using Windows Vista, Mozilla Firefox.
    I tried Internet Explorer 7, same result of nothing displayed.

    Wonder how should I go about setting it up to display the blog pages.
    Please be more specific with the steps of the links.
    I am not IT savvy.
