Tooltip with no content

i′ve been searching here in this forum and also was looking to find the code where the tooltip is created.

when having events that have no description the tooltip has the content “Loading…” but it doesn′t appear.

can you tell me how i can change the content of the tooltip? for example to the full title of the event?
