    I’m getting the following error message:

    blockUI requires jQuery v1.2.3 or later! You are using v1.12.4

    Also when you click on a product to view the product detail the page is blank with no product information showing at all – is this related to the above error?

    Jigoshop 1.x is not supported anymore – and you’re using a severely outdated version of the previous release.

    We recommend updating the plugin to the latest version of Jigoshop 1.x – or even better – to Jigoshop eCommerce.

    Ah I see – I’m trying to update an old site for a new client and there were no update warnings for the plugin so I thought it was up to date.

    What’s the best way to update to Jigoshop 1.x ? Want to make sure I don’t lose any product data or settings.

    Can I go straight from v1.3 to v1.18.2 ?

    I will need to update to this first before going to Jigoshop eCommerce according to the documentation.

    Try updating every 2 major versions at a time, so 1.3 -> 1.5, 1.5 -> 1.7 – that way you can be quite sure everything will work properly. Should you experience any issues, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll help you resolve them.
