Error in form submissions

Hi,
I am having issues with the contact form. Tried to look at it multiple ways but not able to understand why the form just wont submit. The error “THERE WAS AN ERROR TRYING TO SEND YOUR MESSAGE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.” keeps coming up which is the error message for “Sender’s message failed to send”.

Please try submitting the form and the error comes at the bottom. the error will be in white font so you may have to highlight the section below the form to see it.

Can you please tell me how to fix this.
