Images creating pages

Hi All,
This page does not actually exist in my admin.
https://www.photobooths4all.com/photo_booth_custom_step-and-repeat/It looks like it was created from this image in my media folder:
https://www.photobooths4all.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Photo_Booth_Custom_Step-and-Repeat.jpgIs this a function of my template (Shapely) or a function of WP? I am getting spam comments on these types of “pages” and have no way to stop it, as there does not seem to sitewide page-level control of comments for pages that don’t actually exist.
How can I stop these pages from being built and/or stop the spam comments? I don’t feel that I should have to pay for Akismet or Jetpack, if those are the answers.
