I believe this was addressed in our issue tracker? That message appears if the nonce for the ajax saving has expired. Typically, a page refresh on the option panel will reset this and the message will go away. If the template for the save page has been modified by either you (or the theme author if this is a theme issue) then it might mean the code that keeps the nonce updated properly was removed or altered. if so, restore the default template to the one used in the Redux core, or inquire with the author of theme about it.
