Theme won’t allow comments on pages

  • I have installed WordPress 2.7 onto my server and I am getting a posting comments issue

    I have uploaded 2 new Themes

    Theme 1
    Theme 2

    If I use the 1st theme it allows me to post comments however if I use the 2nd I can’t find anywhere to post a comment about the page

    I have the 2nd theme set up at My Blog

    Is it maybe that the 2nd theme doesn’t support comments on pages and the 1st does I hope not as I prefer the 2nd theme
    Help
